The car feels very adequate on 32". The 3.21 was only good for highway cruising in 5th or 6th. No fuel consumption increase whatsoever. City start-stop - 11.5ltr, combined - 9ltr, highway - 7ltr.
The local dealership in Adelaide insisted on replacing all the bearings, seals, shims and slingers to keep the warranty on the diffs. I bought the parts directly from the US. Because they were pulling out the rear diff case anyway, I also bought OEM Trac-Lok for US$222 to put back instead. All the new parts cost me AU$1400 shipped with Trac-Lok (without 3.73 R&P gears).
Chrysler Australia asked ~$5000 for the parts. I bought low kms 3.73 R&P gears from a guy on jk-forum.com for AU$200 shipped. There're plenty 3.73s there. The dealership quoted $1100 for labour and consumables for both axles. It’s 2 times cheaper than at local diff workshops, and I got no idea why there was such a difference. So the total was $2700. Somewhat in the end I got the US option - manual with 3.73 diff and Trac-Lok.
