Yeah I've used yours as a starting point JJ (thanks!) with some changes such as a bend around the bottom to bolt to the sway bar/bash plate mounts. Just had some delays with my CAD guy's backlog - was hoping to have a batch done by Feb. hence the opportunity to get some full chassis stiffeners done in the same batch.

Re thickness, thinking to go similar to IRO's Kit which is 10 gauge front and 3/16" mid.

Decided I'm too time and cash poor to do the full playing right now but will aim to do it down the track. Will do the bolt on plates and spacers for now in 4.5-5mm steel.

Big picture I'll pick up something to daily drive and so the plating, S30/8.8 or Rubi diffs and 35s with will come then. Still keeping my eye out for a CJ10.
