Back to the original topic I really don't give a toss who owns a gun as long as they are responsible, I do give a toss about weakening gun control laws to the level that the US have. And to all those that believe the warning shot theory after you kill you intruder I think you will find that the defence speed working years ago, I first heard that story in the mid 80's........ I believe you are correct there. Previous post edited.

I believe the "so called physics" was in reference to the less than rigorous application of the laws, not the laws themselves. So the difference between impugning someone's usage/application of the laws and the laws themselves.
