Bit of a update.
Still no carpet and im getting used to it lol but will be going back in soon after all the rust proofing has been done.
Im using a product called por 15 seems like a very good product.
Also Ive fitted aftermarket outer seals in the d30 front diff, new wheel bearings, front uni's. Also replaced the front shaft, my slip yoke had worn badly on mine.
After replacing the front shaft all the banging from the spartan locker has gone. I donno why but its a good thing. The slip yoke was worn badly.
I did the trans mount and have heavy duty engine mounts from dav at wooders coming soon & waiting on a hack n tap sye. After replacing the sagged tranz mount I have slit vibs on acceleration so I think its time for the sye. Although the rear slip yoke off the transfer case seems to have slop in it and could be coursing the vibe on acceleration.
