Default Tpms replacement

I have a 2014 grand Cherokee wk2, and need to replace one tpms sensor, where can I purchase an after market sensor, and what would the model number be. Also how do I have the system recognise the new sensor, I am in West Australia

Do an Ebay search for one to match the 2014 build year of your vehicle.
These ones https://www.ebay.com.au/p/2235723082...SABEgJwOvD_BwE
are 433 mhz & look to be a match
Mopar # 56029398AB. Once fitted the vehicle should auto recognise the new sensor

Hi,
The TPMS light has started coming up on my 2012 Laredo diesel.
Is there a way of working out if it's the unit in the tyre or the main receiver unit?
Is there any way of working out which monitor has failed ( I only have the alarm type of unit not the one that gives actual tyre pressure.

Thanks in advance.

A code reader will tell you which one it is. I had a $15 ebay one that did the trick so I think pretty much any of them should do.

The ebay ones are fine and the only issue I had with a set of four from ebay seller was only one worked so just check the stamped time clock on the ones you get (month and Year) as mine were the original clones so I started with old stock from the 2012 era. Not happy. They all self identify with the system on driving. It helps if you just right down their code label first as well if any isolated issues arise. You then know what code is in each wheel as some aftermarket diagnostics you can direct enter if you like via the obd2 port.
