I'm not sure if my multimeter was any good and that's why I was getting strange readings, so I brought another one and the new one gave the reading of 93.2. I will double check again tomorrow with both multimeters. I have been looking for a egr blanking kit today but can't seem to find one .

You dont need to buy a kit.
All I have is a piece of tin can (lid off a can of fruit) cut to form a blank that goes between the EGR & the inlet manifold.
Just cut it out with tin snips or very heavy scissors.
All the EGR is still there & looks untouched, just doesnt do anything.
If you still have your old #1 injector, try measuring the resistance of it.

I have tested the old injector and I don't get any readings on that. I will do that with the egr👍

I have blocked of the egr valve this morning and it's made it a tiny little bit better. But still has no boost. I have stripped it down to be able to see the turbo actuator. I've connected a handheld vacuum pump directly to the actuator and pumped it up numerous times and the actuator arm isn't moving. The pump goes all the way upto 25 and then slowly starts to drop back to 0.

So you get an open circuit, or infinite resistance. That tells you that probably the coil inside has a broken wire. that is how they usually fail.

That sounds like the shaft maybe stuck. It needs pressure not vacuum. maybe 25 psi. I had one that was jammed with the wastegate shut. Had lots of boost but not good for the longevity of the engine. Maybe if you spray some WD40 or CRC around where the shaft goes into the turbo body & try to wiggle it until it frees up it may fix it. Removing the turbo is a pain as the only way is to take it off with the exhaust manifold attached.
If you put your finger on the end of the shaft on the inlet end, is there much play on the shaft bearings?

That's what I'm going to try.
As I don't fancy taking it of as it looks like a horrible job. Just waiting for some big plyers to be delivered so I can try and get them on it as it's such a pain to get on. The turbo feels good aswell.
