Given they the differences in temperature and UV exposure, frequency of use, etc. it's probably amiss to compare wiper life between different owners.

No matter where I am I would expect longer life, dust storms and using them to clear ice excluded though.... Having lived in most of our climate zones only ever had blades with a short life when I turned them on with iced up screen, instant destruction ................. The Bosch aero twin sound the go.....
I see the Bosch cat shows a BBA550 drivers and a BBA530 pax, 21 and 22 inches with a H307 rear for 10-13 and a H281 for the 13 on, thats in the aerotwin model ...

Digging this thread back up...

SEQ is getting a truckload of rain at the minute and my current wipers are doing my head in, so I pulled the pin on these babies. Only got the kit with the front pair, as my rear one is no dramas (and I hardly use it anyway). Cheapest price I could find (incl. shipping) - for reference, Supercheap has them listed at $45 a pop...

Will keep everyone posted on how they go

Mine were being annoying and I was going to head into the smoke and see about replacements but gave the windscreen a good scrub with dishwashing liquid along with the wipers, might be good for another 6 mths.... can't you get just the inserts this buying the whole lot is a rip off...

You absolutely can, and that's what I've done for (I think) the life of the vehicle - as such, the blade itself is starting to show some fading and feel quite rough, so I figured I'd bight the bullet and just get the whole assembly.

I used Bosch twin blades on my work vehicles when living up that way...they worked well and certainly were a relief from the Silicone blades they replaced...geezus they are annoying buggers...good blades but noisy and very annoying unless its pouring rain.
The twins blades were much better
