Default Leather Dash
Hi Gang - have read some disturbing threads on WK2's with leather dash's i.e. it starts bubbling and lifting. It seems to be due to poor adhesive - does anyone know if that's been fixed? i.e. any issues for MY2018's ???

Was certainly true of earlier model WK's. I'd be surprised if they hadn't addressed it by now or by 2018. But I have no idea really.

It's so frustrating when manufactures manage to screw up the things they have always got right in the past like this in the newer generations. Was never an issue with the XJs and WJs I've owned. Toyota went threw a huge spate of it also and ford australia have never been able to keep a hood lining stuck together since the late 80s

Agreed, price seems to take precedent over quality too often IMHO. That having been said I would expect a reasonable level of quality and durability when I'm spending over $80k on a car ...
