Ive seen threads where people have drilled through their roof and wired through that. Not keen on that idea

the other way ive seen people wire is run the wire down the a pillar, between the pillar and the door (under the foam seal thing), on the outside of the car. from there they have ran the wires under the front fender and through to the engine bay (i think this would require unbolting some of the fender bolts to get underneath).

im thinking of going through the grommet on the B pillar personally, and using anderson plugs on the lights so if ever the roof cradle needs to come off can simply disconnect and plum up the wires.
i removed the roof rack rail, drilled a hole under it, put in a rubber gromet and a little silicon. put the rack back on would no it was there
