No 86-95 would be YJ.
They HAVE been privately imported several times. Few things place in their favour most important is that this model was never imported by the manufacturer.

From a practical point of view probably not worth it. But if you think with your heart and not your head it might be a pretty unique vehicle to have in Australia.

Double check importation rules. Got to be over 25 years I believe?

If it's old enough you can leave it left hand drive, yep if your a fanatic it will most definitely be worth it.
