The seats are pretty comfortable on a long trip though.

I have issues with my mirror changing position but for some reason it's working properly at the moment.

Check the wiring in the drivers door jam as I have seen a broken wire in there to cause seat memory problems on a limited WG.

It works, the memory can be problematic. I have had issues with the wiring and have sistered in another wire to fix the issue.

Laredo, Limited or Overland seats?

Get some Limited leather seats. Very happy with my seats and very comfortable on long trips, and quality of materials appears very good. When I bought mine the drivers seat had a little hole/tear in it (possibly a cig burn or hole from a key in a pocket or something), hasn't deteriorated at all in 6 years since I've owned it.
