just fitted the 2.5 inch iron rock cat back exhuast. sounds way better than it used to! Very fast delivery( 7 days), was very shocked when the mail man showed up.

billnick radiator doesnt need to come out to adjust steering box? jus take out air con aux fan and crack locking nut with a socket on a long extension bar with socket adaptor that allows socket head to move around, once you have cracked it use ring spanner and allen key to adjust and tighten up, best to adjust box at full lock as the steering centre is likely to be worn and will bind on full lock if adjusted with steering centred.

How much was freight and which muffler did you go with?

Yup, sounds easy. I used a socket on a ratchet with a piece of pipe over the handle. Did I mention it is tight. With the rad in there is very limited room to swing the socket and its only moving less than 1mm each time.

freight was a 170 and I got the baffled muffler. very happy with the result
