Accidents happen. It was only a small one, thank Christ. All we lost was a car.
Good to see your both still alive & kicking Brugzz. I forecast some part swapping, spanner work & swearing in the near future. Tell the young bloke he's gained experience, I reckon eventually when you've done enough miles you get a bit of a sixth sense that some thing's about to go wrong, & your awareness ramps up. From my own experience you don't ignore the feeling. Best of luck boys. Regards oldon.

the power and pick up this thing now has its amazing, the power feels like its doubled since before the injector failed. time to start saving and get the other 3 checked, recond or cleaned what ever they need,

the old injector was a bit black and sooty
If you can find yourself a diesel repair place that will let you test your injectors you will be on a winner. Its easy to do, just connect them up & pump the handle hard a couple of times to purge the tip, then gentle pump to check for dribbling & then test blow off pressure. Dont pull them to bits before hand. Only pull to bits if there is a problem. normally only replace tips if the spray pattern is bad.

That's a good turnaround.
I agree, appendix cause more trouble than they're worth.
It's good you're ok. They can be deadly if neglected.
