Default $7000 to spend on TJ. Any idea's??

hi there, i've got a love affair going on with my 2003 TJ and i keep telling my put out partner, ' its a jeep thing, you wouldn't understand' and that is that!! Sure i'm not alone here! Anyway i have saved for a long time now and finally my dream is forming into a reality as it all starts to come together. After the rocker rails go on tomorrow the bullbar and winch n some spotties plus rear bar with bike rack go on next tueday and then that leaves me approx $7000 to spend getting my baby ready for a long trip away leaving later in the year which will see plenty of off road driving but also will be doing the city thing when neccessary so need to get the balance right. The over all condition of my 'barbajeep' is very good but totally stock standard apart from tires so the possibilities are endless and i'm not sure where to start. One thing i do really need is a new seat with excellent support for many reasons but mainly health related so if anyone knows where to look apart from ARB's line cause so can't afford the $2500 quote they gave me!! Cheers, Stolly

Upgrade your suspension to suit your driving needs, if you do the lift you might need a SKYE but it depends on how high you go with the lift. If going for bigger tyres then you will need ratios and might as well get lockers at the same time. Get a UHF radio and a good compressor. If you do all of the above you will spend the cash quickly!! As far as the seat goes there is a few options (overseas) but it's a bit hard to pick a seat unless you can sit in it and try it out, making sure its the right seat for you. Good luck and enjoy "The Jeep Thing"

if plenty of off road driving is on the cards, you should spend a bit on recovery gear if you haven't already.
it's all pretty expensive, but well worth it.
