Cut all the brackets off the TJ D44 ready to go in the XJ. The only one that is a pain is the panhard bracket as it's quite thick. Now I need to grind down the stumps and paint it ready for it's XJ brackets

Cheers
Steve

The race is on , hoping to have mine back, bolted in and on the go by the end of the week !.

You'll beat me, my daily driver goes in for repairs on Wednesday after an attempt to steal it so looks like the XJ will have to stay on the road a little longer as I need the brakes etc off the D35 for the D44 so it'll have to wait until I have a couple of days to do it and my daily driver back.

Cheers
Steve

ive got both you guys beat in this race....but i cheated and kept the hi 30 lol (you guys both deserve credit for going the extra mile). would have loved a 44 in the front as well but ran outta time so maybe next round (plus lockers and a truss) . anyways, i got 3 of the 4 flares done and made custom wheel well liners for the fronts plus some fresh undercoat on everything. and btw Steve, i figure the DuraFlares are fine with 35s in the rear but need about 1-3/4" more coverage in the front even with 4.5" backspacing. im gonna run it as is tho. tried 33s with 3.5" bs and think even this is a bit too fat so im sticking to my guns (plus i HATE the look of 33s after living with the 35s for two weeks - its a killer going backwards). Looks like Bushies are the only way to go with 35s guys. Gawd help us all! Good Luck Guys - Onwards and Upwards!

I'm running the hi D30 in the front as well, maybe a 44 one day but not at the moment. Frustrating bit is the D30 is all built and in just cant use 4WD with the 3.55 in the rear and 4.56 in the front at the moment so cant give it a test

If bushwackers are the only option then I think I'll make some fiberglass flat flares myself and maybe a mold for when I crack one.

Cheers
Steve
