I may have miscounted the teeth on the old one. 41 on the crown, I thought it was 10(4.1) on the pinion but may have been 11(3.7?).

I have gone with 4.56, seems to be a few people running those with an auto CRD and been happy. Ordered them off Northridge, came to $1040 with gears, install kits and oil. Assuming I have to pay duty, works out to around $200 cheaper than I could buy the parts locally.

I could be wrong, just going on what I remember. I do recall 3.7 was an option too.

CRD auto with 4.56 & 35's should be pretty spot on for on road and off

If its a MY07, but regod in 2008 then it might still have 4.11 ratios.

Also any JK CRD with the full (not just the tow bar) 'tow pack' will have 4.11 ratios too. Not sure if this was the same for autos, but manuals def.

I agree that 4.11's are great for manual's on 35s which is what I regeared to. considered 4.56's but would have had my rpms too high at hwy speeds.

4.88 on my 2010 CRD auto is good with 315/70r17
maybe a tiny bit too 'revvy' but quick off the line and good under load

4.56 will probably be sweet
