Nothing on the roof, and no difference when the rack is on.

Mine was OK, but with the rack platform.......

I’m on my third WK2 now, a 2018 Trailhawk and I have found all of them to have pretty average radio reception regardless of band compared to anything I have had before. This one does seem slightly worse though, asked them to check it at the last service but of course there was nothing to find. This is why I have an iPod permanently in there, or use Spotify via Android Auto

If anything I feel they went a little backwards with the updates, when I first got my 2014 limited you could select regional & if the reception got weak it would automatically switch frequencies.
With the updates it no longer does this 🤨

My 2013 has scratchy AM reception that occurs only in specific areas of known electrostatic interference, AND it's exactly the same in my Mazda in the same areas. In fact, overall the Jeep has a better sound system than the Mazda.

I find the AM/FM signal to be weaker than the WH but still "OK".
The work VW Amarok has brilliant reception compared to the Jeep.

My FM reception is horrendous, even in the middle of Toowoomba and especially if stopped at lights.
