Default WK2 Key Fob Witech clone programming

Hi Guys and Girls.

I lost my spare key of my 2014 WK2 laredo about six months ago. I am always nervous to have only one key. I called dealer and was told cost will be $800 to $900 including programming. The key can be purchased from one of the US mopar dealers under 200AUD landed, that will be the same part number of my original one. Dealer can program it for $160. That total cost $360 is not too bad compared with what they wanted total.

But On the other hand i have been looking at Witech Micropod 2 clones for a while. i can get it for about US$170. If I can ask my dealer, who sold as brand new to me, the 4 digit PIN and if i could program it successfully that will be pretty good investment considering i can access everything like transmisssion and quadra lift, and program tpms sensor etc.
I looked on google and watched some youtubes and it looks pretty straight forward to use the witech. But all are like experiment until i see it and try.
The question is if there is anyone who has used those clones and done something like this.
Also some on forum said US key fob cannot be used in Australia but can i assume as long as part number printed on the key is the same as original, i shouldn't have problem, should I?

Thanks in advance for your upcoming expert and helpful advises.
