Buying advice
Hey all
I've been hanging round here for a while and have finally sold my car, so am now going to get a grand cherokee. I live in Brisbane but since there's pretty much no choice up here, and what is here is 2-3grand more expensive, i'm going to buy from Melbourne or Sydney.
The plan would be to get extensive photos, then have the seller take it in for an NRMA/RACV inspection. I'd then buy it pending my final inspection, fly down and drive it home.
I might also get someone to check the computer for error codes (ignition on, off etc and display on trip computer thing) and air con for error codes.
I know in Queensland i'd then get a REVS check for ownership/money owing but what would i do down south?
Can anyone tell me if there's anything else i should be doing?
Cheers
Mat
