I don't know if these bumpers have been tested to pass ADRs specifically but the fact that there are no sharp protrusions and the top hoop doesn't project forward means they would pass in that respect. Again, this doesn't mean it passes ADRs but it won't attract attention and would pass rego inspection. I've had worse on my TJ and never had issues (insurane on the other hand might have been tricky).

These are sold by DBOR, Jeep Konection and SBR so my advice would be to give one of them a ring and ask them what they know about it.

So what Jeepkonnection you told is true. The bumper hasn't been tested to pass ADRs but it meets the criteria to pass if it was tested.

ARB and Uneek are ADR approved. I don't know about the AEV one, someone else might be able to answer that question.

I have the ARB bar on mine and I'm quite happy with it. Having said that, I do love the look of the Uneek bar and would be buying that one if I ever replace the bar again.

AEV one is in the same boat as atlas. It meets ADR standard and won't have much issue passing it. There's a mopar version of the exact bar as well.

Just be aware of the weight.....the Atlas bar is quite heavy.
I'd check the weight and compare it to the Uneek which is, I think, the lightest of them all....for a full width bar. The Uneek has very high wing clearance as well.

Doing a quick check.....
XRC Atlas specs -
Front Full Width Bumper
3/16 Inch Cold Rolled Steel
Two Stage, Textured, Matte Black Powder Coat
Protects Front Grill and Body
Lowered Plate for Air Flow
Accommodates Stock Fog Lights
5 Year Limited Warranty
Weight: 223 lbs (101.4KG)
Fits 2007 - 2017 JK Wranglers

Uneek bar
ADR compliant and air bag compatible
High clearance bar for maximum approach angle offroad
Ability to run large tyres with out rubbing on the bar. Up to 36" tyres with out rubbing.
Light weight yet strong steel design (only 42kg.) Made out of 4,5 and 20mm Steel
20mm heavy duty steel tow hooks
Hi-lift jacking points integrated into bar
