The lower switch panel is not really any good if you have a manual.

I made my own pod, like a Spod that takes 8 Carling Contura Switches (the ones ARB use for their lockers).

I have a Manual and the Daystar Panel was a pain to fit. If you Change up gears to 1st, 3rd, or 5th the Shifter will touch the ARB Switches and turn them off! Not good if your Mid Climb

I went to the trouble of removing and re-bending the Shifter with some heat so it woulnt touch the switches, but even thats not good enough because if you then go ahead and fit the Rubber Boot you will find that still hits the buttons. So i ditched the Rubber Boot and had a leather one made.
Its a lot of trouble but looks good now, however i wouldnt recommend getting the Daystar unless you have an Auto.

I know that the OP is mounting a compressor to power the diffs but ARB do a kit with their compressor mounted inside a toolbox, including the airhose. If you're not fitting diff locks, this is worth considering. Could even mount one into your own tool box with a little fab work. It's a piece of piss to pop the bonnet, connect it to the battery and fire away to air back up. I usually put the stove on and brew up a cuppa at the same time, as it's at the point where I'm just about to hit the tar for the long drive home.
