If I was doing a diesel conversion I would go a Cummin's BT4.

that has gotta be one of the better tjs going around, wheels look great, rekon id prefer black rims, but green doesnt look bad tho..

the 4BT is a simple stout engine. The VM2.8 in the T1 will also run circles around a 4BT.

AEV is about to start selling J8 kit cars...a fully assembled JK with a leafsprung 60 in the rear...choice of 4 door or LWB 2 door. Then you can put in a HEMI or VM 2.8L Diesel. Can you guys do kit cars in Australia? It's easy here in GA, USA.

We can build here its just a major PITA. Its all gotta be engineered and approved and lots of restrictions
Much different to over there where almost anything goes.
While your out say gday to the chikasaw in columbus for me.
I was at Ft Benning a couple times.
