Roscoea26, from what you have said it seems they are a pretty good lot to deal with for warranty claims, my last two cars were new falcon xr8s and i had nothing but fights and arguaments with them getting stuff sorted, the last straw and the reason for me getting the jeep was my 3 year old xr8 i had bought new with 40k on it got heater core leak that destroyed my carpet after much arguing they refused to even chip in and fix it and i was left with a hefty repair bill. So far im loving jeep ownership.

To those signwilson that do nothing but whinge i have to ask why did you buy the car in the first place you should have researched your purchase better

Look after the dealership ie get your car serviced by them, build up a good relationship with them and CJ will look after you at warranty time. Makes sense really, doesn't it .

Got my torque converter replaced when car was out of Ks (104,000) but still less than 3 years old, the past relationship was clearly stated as the only reason I wasn't told to go away.

Even to the fact that my wife who has had major surgery on her spine can get in and out with no problems. but all that is no good when the product does not stand up.

My car has been serviced at dealerships at all extremes (Melb, Perth, Darwin) - it's the intent that counts as much as the individual dealerships.
