It's definitely a big project, but one I'm looking forward to.

They're still perfecting the tuning on the Supercharger, but I'm definitely excited to get it installed. The 5.7L is no slouch, but there's always room for more ponies.

For the 33's, I believe I'll be able to accomplish most of it with some minor modifications to the inner parts of the wheel wells. There are some welds that stick out into the inner wheel well, that can be hammered down, according to some others that have done it. Then it might require some extra fasteners to hold the wheel well liner back to the new location

I've also heard that new wheels with an increased offset of 25mm - 40mm might be required. If so, since it will push the tires further out, I've thought about designing a set of wheel flares to cover. Jeep used a set on their past 2 WK2 concepts at Easter Jeep Safari and they looked great, in fact you could hardly tell they weren't stock.

Cheers,
Bill

I installed a few new toys on the WK2 this past week. A Transmission Protection Plate to cover the area the Mopar skid plates miss, and a Lower Front Guard to protect all of the critical components up front.

They're prototypes, which means I get to take them out and 'test' them.

I'm more stealth this way!

Actually the Maxxis MTs come with white on one side and black on the other, and I switched them around when I was test fitting some tire pressure sensors.

Cheers,
Bill
