Big part of the problem to is that the BA uses a hub like ours but the race runs on cast steel. The bearings are the same as run in the rear of a Ford Laser! Just hitting a curb while parking is enough to dent the hub stuffing the front end. They also have poor air flow over the discs letting them get too hot. The rotors are made by PBR and use a poor grade material which also adds to the problem. The ones I am using are also slotted which relieves the heat build up under the pad too which is another cause of the warping.

Got you. That last line contradicts itself.
Should read: "The one I am using are also slotted which relieves the heat build up under the pad preventing another cause of warping!"
Also just found out that these same brackets will allow you to fit the FPV twin piston calipers and 330 mm rotors! Need at least 17" rims for these and maybe even 18". Dont think too many will pay an extra $600 that these sell for a pair though!
