I looked at those too Clarky, however I think that mine are going to look better and give a bit more clearance than the ones in the picture.

Will be posting some photos when they are fitted.

Cheers, Craig

Hey Craig,
Look forward to seeing your finished rock rails. I'd like to add some type of side step to my GC but without loosing any ground clearance. The step integrated with the rock rail seems to be the way to go. Are the ones you'r having made replacing the existing plastic sills? I reckon that this is the best way to go like the 4x4 guard ones that Stu Murchison imports & sells. Have a great Xmas to all on this forum and a happy Jeepin new year....

Craig,

They are looking great. Can't wait to see the finished product in the flesh. I like the way they are replacing the standard sills and incorporating the sill & slider. How are they attached under the car?

Wow looking good! Just as neat as the 4xguard ones.
What are the plans for the cut-out sections at the front and rear?
Something to do with steps/side-intrusion bars?

Looking Good Craig, Depending on how hard you are looking at hitting them i would recommend some further tie in to the frame under the Grand, lest this happens...

This was a lot of side load on a hill to cause it, but this is the only drawback of this style of slider. WHen we do the subframe mods on mine i plan to tie the lower section of the sliders to the frame to give them move leverage protection from the side hits.
