Default Wj 4.7 v8 P1391 scan code

Hey guys ive got P1391 code with engine light on dash.
Car was missfiring so i put a spare camshaft sensor in and reset the code. No missfire now but only when i start car the engine light comes back up on dash. If i reset the check engine light drive around it does not come back on. Only when i start vehicle it comes back.
Please help.

Sometimes it will do it and store it for a while, eventually it will disappear if no errors are there.

Sometimes cam sensor problems on v8's can be caused by stretched timing chains causing a phasing problem. Consider this if the message returns after swapping in a good sensor.
