Default Jeep TJ part outs
Hi All,

I'm looking for a lower shifter boot for a 2005 TJ with 6 speed manual.

I'm hoping someone on here knows of a 2003-06 TJ getting parted out. If you do, could you please let me know.

I wouldn’t buy a used one, they deteriorate greatly with age. Just buy a new remanufactured one off eBay. I have heard that once you remove your shift knob it often wrecks the internal mount so can be very hard to refit the original knob.

Buy a newbie, they aren't cheap but do a lot with regard to heat/noise ingress into the cab.

looks like https://parts.jeepsareus.com/oem-par...ver-52059661ac are the cheapest from a quick google search

when I replaced my clutch recently I drove around for a while testing it. incredibly noisy without it
