Open the post to edit, then right click on the attachment link below the post, then back in the post you can click the insert image button at the top and then past the link you just copied into it.
I have all mine on Photobucket then just past the link to the photobucket pic with the image button.

I guess there's a couple of ways to do it,
Just now I did a 'right click' on your pic, selected 'copy shortcut' then selected 'insert image' (in this post). I immediately deleted the highlighted text that was already in the box and pasted the 'shortcut'.
