Thanks mate, all new injectors. 4 and 5 have clocked up 5000km maybe and 1, 2,3 are at 1500k.
That said, I am leaning towards the pressure regulator itself and will take a look at that today.

That can fail too. I'd still be inclined to do a leak-back test just to be sure though as you never can tell.

No start
Hi all,
I am ready to pull what remaining hair I have out. I simply cant start mine. 2004 grand Cherokee and I have put new filter, new orings everywhere, new battery, new starter, new injector no 4, leak test on injectors says all good, but turns over but refuses to fire. I just checked codes and have,1130,703,700,100,340, and the engine light is on.
Whoever can get me going gets a gift.
Thanks,
Rob

The only code that concerns me is the 1130, no fuel pressure will be problematic.
Air in the high pressure fuel lines can cause a no starting situation as the injector won't fire. I know JL will have a problem with me saying this however, I'd be inclined to crack a high pressure line or two and crank the engine to ensure you have fuel to the injector.
Alternatively you could try a quick squirt of start ya bastard to see if it helps purge air. It should fire with this in the inlet manifold regardless of what's happening.

I have a problem with this.
If you must do it, be very aware of the risks of injection injury. Google it and understand it before proceeding. Best way is to keep your body and limbs out of the engine bay while cranking, and if it does happen to fire shut it down immediately.
(I hate being so predictable!)

Hi Jason,
I have used start you bastard and it starts, however, once I stop the engine and try to restart it won't. So, the only way it will start is by helping it with a spray. Cracked an injector, and nothing there. Any suggestions?
