I'm running 285/70 R17 and love them. Quiet on road and great traction off road. Been running them at 20psi just fine on rock and mud. And 40 psi on road.
Tire shop were impressed with how little weight it took to balance them. Not had them long so cant comment on wear rate.

Talking Nitto Ridge Grapplers

Ive not had the Ridges that long. I imported them at some exorbitant rate. They are great on road and off. Quiet too. I run them at 32psi on the road. Im really happy with them.

If you get your axle weights for front and rear. Facebook nitto and they will come back with the recommended air pressures to run off road, sand and on road.

I will be getting these once my terra's MT wear out

Thanks for the feedback fellas greatly appreciated, they look an excellent tire, & have great reviews, I am looking at alternatives for my 315/70/R17 MT BAJA MTZ when they wear out

Hi in UK currently running 315/70/17 Goodyear Duratracs which are great on road (quite) & off, for the last 5 1/2 years 45,000 miles 72,000 km and probably got 10 - 15K miles left on them
However it appears new EU Directives have labelled these unsuitable
Which is a pity as they are a light tire also at 61lb (27KG)
Apparently a can get these nice looking Nittos in a similar size (at a higher price) but weigh quite a bit heavier at I believe 72lbs (32Kg) and they are an E rated 10 ply tire as apposed to the 'D' rated Duratracs.
How would the heavier weight and 'E' rating reflect on the JK (4.10 gears) for daily road use ?
