Thanks briteway!!
Good to see some humour.Just checked out latest posts on US Jeep forum. Some guys are causing all sorts of other problems reflashing the vehicle themselves. After the reflash is the transfer box neutral operating?Apparently since the cold weather in US the b/o for actuators has increased. There also seems a ground swell over there to expose CF s bullshit. Some are going to the press and also laying complaints with NHTSA.One thing in our favour here is, our new Australian Consumer Laws are now the toughest in the world.

Thanks OzJeepster
one thing that I cannot get agrip of is, with all CF,s huge resources in US why can they not get a fix on this N23 problem?.Or is it maybe the real fix might cost CF a lot of time and money?

Default And around we go....

As per previous post, had the codes reset on the 6th and 4wd low was working when the vehicle was picked up. Used 4wd low Sunday and all good. Tried it again this morning and bong, service 4wd system. Taking it back again Thu.

This will be the 4th visit specifically for this problem along with 2 normal service visits during the same period. The FDCM codes have been cleared the last two times and each time it has failed again about a week later. I have had a new actuator fitted (at my cost).

Frustrated.
