After another back to back drive of the petrol and diesel auto's today, Its definitely going to be Petrol. The CRD just feels gutless in comparison.

I currently have a MY13 White Unlimited Sport Petrol Auto on my driveway (overnight test drive). Loving it! Finding out the quirks that you wouldn't usually notice on a drive around the block. Wife constantly cursing the lack of grab handles (easy Mopar fix there), and that the doors don't stay open.

As for that stupid aerial, surely there must be an aftermarket alternative by now? Will look into this one.

Got a few prices from 3 dealers now. Northstar, CJD Albion and Garry Crick (Maroochydore). Garry Crick winning the race at this stage by a country mile.

Grab handles are easy as there are heaps of aftermarket ones available, doors easy to do kits available.

Its not moving out of dark side it's moving out and into the light these things rock on the trails.

Don't buy anything Mopar and don't let the dealer talk you into their bars and lift, much better available aftermarket and cheaper too.

Agree with hotdognz.

Go aftermarket with any mods.

Take your time doing research. Almost every aftermarket part for a jk has been bought and fitted by a number forum members.

As far as the e-discos go this is the closest I have found http://www.offroadonly.com/Products/.../swayloc.shtml or http://www.sbroffroad.com.au/TeraFle...facturer_id=27 if you can find the 0-3" kit, I am not sure about the legality of dual rate bars in Aus but I will be asking about that tomorrow. I'm sure someone will enlighten us here before then though

I ought mine a few months ago through Northstar. Had a few small problems but that was the sales guy. Ed the boss was great and fixed it all up for me. They have another dealership at Morayfield.

Looks at home, I think it should stay. Have to give it back this morning but might not be for long. Overnight test drive helped to convince the minister if finance!
