Lovemywrangler. Yeh its gal pipe. Then had no black steel so they gave me gal for the same price.

Did a bit more tonight. Just a Gusset to strengthen the fender a bit more and make the gaping hole a bit smaller to try and keep the fuzz off my back. Will still be joining to chassis but.

Got some sheet metal today and fited it up to the pipe and front gaurd. Was alot easier than i thought.

Did you leave that plastic bit on the body that comes stock on the TJ??
just looks like you cut the metal around it, why not remove it??

Great work btw, considering the cost of genright ones, looks the goods

Yeh i left it on. There is a long metal strip behind it that runs between the flares and i didnt want to try and remove it so just left the plastic bit on. So far materials have cost me $100 so pretty cheap compared to genright ones.

if the genright ones were gal pipe they would probably cost 100 bucks too lookin good though
