ah, i remember when my CJ looked like that!
I have a brand new windscreen and rubber left over that i didnt end up using. PM me if your in need and we can work somthing out if you like.

Way to go mte. PArticularly not having done anything like this before. Did youhave to clean up any rust / cracks on the chassis?

Thanks guys.

There was a crack on the front left at the bracket where the spring joins the chassis which eeded welding, but besides that it was i pretty good condition.

I took most of it bac to bare metal anyway and then sprayed it.

Been on holidays, but tonight I finally have some spare time so I'll head over and do a little on it. I'm enjoying that it's at a stage where it feels like good progress is being made.

Yeah boi now it's been a while since my bro has posted so ill give you a update.
we got it all sanded back and now has just come back from the paint shop lot brighter then expected but love it.
got my intake back as needed to drill out broken banjo bolts and cut new thread and npt plugs.

ordered all new brake parts from wooders these boys are the best dead set legends.

tomorrow will fit: intake + carbi
stater motor
oil filter
thermostat
new fuel filters
oil filter
spark plugs and dizzy
place body back on

then brakes soon as they get here soooooo excited
by mid week run electrical lights and dash ect...
