Fitting a cargo barrier to a WJ usually involves removing the plastic trims over the inner C-pillars and the boot carpet. Apparently it's a PITA, every PD mechanic whinges about them. Last one I sold took our PD guys two full days to fit. Probably didn't help that no-one bothered to read the instructions first.

Can b edone, uses the same mount points as the netting barrier which is what I have, genuine Jeep and installed a little while after car was delivered, had done as part of the service and got the car back the same day so it can't have been "that bad".

you can get a good net-cargo barrier. It comes with nobbies which need to be mounted (for top) and has further two fastening points along each side (one in the middle, the other on the bottom) which uses existing points.

Good compromise

Dante's describing the one I've got. Believe it's been deleted fro Jeep Oz catalogue but see here http://www.jeepworld.com/accessories...e/cargonet.htm

It's the vertical barrier for $45.45US which is about $56 plus postage, I seem to recall mine was about $150 fitted.

I think they still have it. And fitting is as easy as drilling two small holes and putting provided fasteners on.

I might have actually a net + fasteners lying around. Let me know if you are interested and I try to find it.
