Pull your head out FMA..
Apologies if we/I have missed something will take comments and improve where we can.

But getting them to actually deliver is like NSW winning a state of origin... it just never happens. Ever. So you end up spending a bunch of $$'s on stuff that you can't get shipped, and then spending even more $$'s getting a REAL freight company to ship to you.

Great on paper, but invisible on actual service.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Such as, there isnt much we cant handle and dont recall ever not being able to pickup or deliver anything. If you have an example of one of these instances I would be interested to know.

Do not use FMA, as you will receive a sub-standard service. The thing that is most disappointing for this whole experience is that you think an AJOR vendor would be a reputable business and you would be looked after! AJOR vendor's like FMA are indirectly tarnishing the other AJOR members who are providing great service and genuinely look after AJOR members.
A bit of background on this one. These were wheels and tyres that werent adequately wrapped which were unfortunately damaged in transit because something appeared to pieced the single piece of cardboard placed over the wheel. I stated that we would cover it and I stand by that. There were conditions on the transit insurance that were not met that were sent to both parties prior to pickup which regardless of this I would still honour. I believed payment/refund had been made but after looking into this today (only just gotten back) the funds had been returned to our account.

We do stand behind members, have given back over $4k in prizes over the years for comps we have run and in this instance where no othe rcompany would give it the time of day let alone payout such a claim WE DO!

Was there an issue leading up to this point, agreed yes there was but unfortunately I do miss a few things when I am not in the office. But this will be resolved and sorted once I have spoken with Brian.

The areas for pickup and delivery changed 3 times (no issue) and each time we ammened the quotes. You asked for movement to occur on the 8/10 at which date you would be paying via EFT (your email) and nothing else since. Not sure what we did wrong but I have all the quotes and changes/ammendments here if you wanted a copy. Did I miss anything else?
Yes still waiting for the quote which is the last one I need as the fella moved house and the pick up point is now different.

I'm sure you don't want me to actually post the email chain on here... if you do, just let me know.

I did send it to your email though...

My emails regarding dropoff (and asking how you want me to pay) on the 16th July, 25th July, 12th August, 22nd August... along with multiple phone calls to your office when I was told you would call me back... and replies from Karla saying you would call me back.

After the initial quote, I never received a response.

You asked for info, now you have it.

Thanks for the feedback.

Can you send me copies of those emails so I can try and make heads and tails of it all. You can post here if you like or email it directly to me (or both) what ever is easier, just want to sort it all out. Replace info with Daniel please.

On that though is your name Shane. If I remember correctly the email you entered on the contact us form on our website had your email address missing a letter which saw me replying to the wrong email address. I ended up sending a few different emails in the hope to reach you which one eventually did. I have gone through my sent items again and seen that I appear to have answered your last email but not on the last one you sent. A miscommunication which I was sure I spoke to you about as well as sending you the old emails that did not reach you which you corrected. But again if we let you down I do apologise.
