Default American Armour Rear Bar - Anyone running it?

G'day guys, just wondering if anyone is using the American Armour rear bar and tyre carrier from Blackjack Welding. I'm thinking about picking one up and i've heard nothing but praise about their skid plates, but little about the bumper.

Just keen to hear about any shortcomings that others might have found out from use.

By the by, for all the fanboys - I have been looking at the Uneek4x4 bar as well and I'm still considering it given how much I like the front bumper that I've got.

I have been running that bar for about a year. Rock solid, no rattles offroad.
Powder coating has not chipped, got the Jerry can mounts.
Highly recommend it.

I looked at it when I was at BlackJacks yesterday and I'll definitely be getting one but I'm thinking about just getting the lower unit. One thing I can say is his gear is well made he'll look after you if something isn't right as the other sponsors on here do.

I got a good look at the Uneekrear bar a few weeks ago, with the silver inserts and LED lights. Looks FANTASTIC!!! I wasn't even considering a rear bar yet but I fell in love with it and I found Dave to be a truly great dude!

I love the way the Uneek tyre carrier opens with the tail gate but the bar itself doesn't do it for me like the front bar does but that is the great thing about Jeeps, we are really spoilt for choice

The American Armour is by far the most robust rear bar out there......
