Potentially when it comes though border control the govt may theoretically impose GST. It’d be based on an estimate of the value of the imported goods, and the buyer would foot the GST bill.
That said, they’re not gonna bother on low-value stuff like radiator hoses - the recent changes are just yet another example of our govt spending a whole bunch of time and money on achieving nothing.

I have very recently purchased 2 things on ebay, one from Canada & other from China, paid both with paypal & both had GST added when I paid.

Usual great service from RockAuto,top and bottom radiator hoses for the WH 3.0 diesel.arrived in 7days. no GST added.
