Well Wanderer, we said it would come, they are enforcing maximum lift of 50mm with ESC.
We were talking about this about 7 years ago on the Commander forum.

Next step will be all 4X4 will require air suspension, to raise above 'normal height'

I had my Trailhawk with some add-ons like rock rails and underbody protection weighted: 2610kg inc. driver, 3/4 tank of diesel and adblue.

So not much left, on my last trip it hase been around 150kgs overloaded. But.. in the US the GVW of this car is 3130kgs. So while I am legally over the limit, technically I am not. At least thats a big difference here in Europe when you get pulled over, which is by the way unlikely with the air suspension.

What can I say..Only in Queensland..Typical.

Wonder how the LLAMS module that overrides the auto lowering feature and manually sets the ride height stacks up ..Legal or not!!

I guess it is like a lot of things, it is only a problem if you get caught. It shouldn't be a problem in 99.9% of situations, but if you rolled the car, it would be best if it wasn't there when the assessor checked it.

It has about $10,000 of extra fruit added and they are asking $69,900. Looks nice with all the extras onboard.
