Was a great Weekend.
I got to meet Wrench at Happy Hour on Sat nite, but didn't realise that Goodol55 was on the trip.

Yep ol55 there was 2 really good climbs and my Grand CRD was awesome on them, certainly surprised me, it was effortless.

Must say though, i saw a 2.8L CRD KJ climb the first real steep hill and it hooked up really well and did it really easy too.

Will post some pics next week when have 5 mins spare as I'm off to Fraser Island tomorrow.

Cheers
Mark.

It is interesting that I only get invites to some of their trips. Considering I bought three vehicles from there. Tene reckons it is because I said that I don't like the beach on my customer from. Therefore I never get invited to the beach trips.

Hi Gildo,
1. Dunno - I don't know who decides these things
2. The track we were guided through was easy for stock vehicles (with hi-way tyres).
Other tracks - dunno.
3. see
http://www.caravancampingnetwork.com...homestead.html
or www.flexi.net.au/~arcot/html/facilities.html
4. Very hot on hot days - very cold on cold days - typical highlands weather - Melbourne ppl know what clothes to bring (everything)
