Default JK CRD hard to start when hot

Hi all
Have a 2009 CRD JK Unlimited
It starts fine when cold
Runs absolutely fine after it starts
Cranks no problem
In a Nutshell it's only misbehaving when you try and start it when it's been running and hot - apart from that totally normal

The fuel filter has been replaced
The crank position sensor has been replaced
All of the leads has been loosed and re-tightened
Checked all of the relays and fuses

Any ideas guys?

Thanks

Bill

Check and clean the the battery cables at both ends, the starter contact area and the terminals on the battery. After that, I'd be thinking you have a tired solenoid on the starter thats getting heat soaked.
Also check the condition of the battery cables.....look for corrosion in the cable ends near the connections.

need to confirm fuel pressure in the rail while cranking before anything. if its not 2200psi+ injectors won't fire. main 3 reasons is old battery, bad fuel sensor at the back of the rail. or crap in the starter motor/ bad starter
