Default U0141 Lost communication with Body Control Module A

Hi fellow Jeepers,
Have a 07 JKUR starting to do weird things with the instrument panel lights.
It has a error code of U0141. What and where (connections etc) should I check before running to the dealer? Are there any usual suspects or how as anyone resolved this before?
Cheers,
Mick.

Well I have to say I have been overwhelmed by the responses, however all's well that ends well. Its now sorted. Just in case it is of assistance to anyone else......even though the car would start everytime, the problem turned out to be something really simple, loose battery terminals. Good thing I didn't run off to the Jeep stealer, who knows what they would have unnecessarily replaced and what they may have charged. I reckon they were left loose when I had the clockspring recall done, and the problem only manifested itself during this cold weather.
Cheers for now, Micky K

Glad you got it sorted easily.

I had a look but didn't reply as I just had no idea what it might have been. Should have thought of battery first, really. EVERY time ther eis some really bizzare fault, the battery or an poor earth should be the first suspect, as power issues can cause so many different issues with the all computers & electronics running the things now.
