Default looking to go out this weekend- melbourne

Hey guys,

Looking at going out for a bit of an off road session this weekend. Nothing to intense as I will be alone with no other jeeps and I have no lift and yet and am running 33’s so they hit the guard already. Anyone recommend anywhere close to Melbourne. Happy to go either way of the city but prefer staying on the east side of bridge.

maybe toolangi (near yarra glen) would be a goer, gets nice and muddy at this time of year

however i would not advise to go alone

went out to the back of maffra over the weekend, very dusty despite it all being nice and green. maybe give rawson a whirl? perhaps labertouche. both can be fun at this time of year, but the ability to be able to self-recover is important.

You could always look at joining a club so you would have someone else to recover you. www.mjoc.org.au
