Here we have a JK front bar, removed from one of my JKs (not sure what make and model it is), someone obviously hit something on the drivers side and bent that side up. Attached are reference photos.
Includes the mounting hardware, and lights. Looks like you can just punch out the cover plates if you want a winch.
Could be cut down to a shorty or looks like a simple enough repair. The cradle / mount has a fair bit of surface rust as the powder coating looks to have been applied poorly and lifted. It has been stored outside for a few years. Nothing a flap disc, primer and paint can't fix.
