Default TPMS Tyre pressure monitor system

has anyone fitted one of these TPMS systems, if so, is LED or LCD more visible?

for such a safety feature, very cheap!

you would have to remove them for off-road work

mine spends most of its time on the blacktop

had a blowout at 90kmph, lucky not to roll

as i understand it, most "blowouts" are preceeded by a loss of pressure,
and these units "may" alert one to that danger, that is the main reason I would be interested, for ~$60, hard to go wrong

I've been wondering what TPS to install for monitoring my pneumatic bead locks
I'll be needing eight sensors This system says it's designed for use under up to one meter of water for a short time.
Not cheap but still cheaper then the ARB version at a whooping $527.95 for a four sensor unit. WTF?

I guess it does have the ARB badge on the front

If I were to put new wheels and tyres on my Jeep, how would the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System on the JK react?

according to my readings, MOST system that are OEM to the vehicle will be based on ABS computer sensing wheel speed variance, so theoretically may or may not need the TPMS system to be reset.

It is a cheaper system for the manafacturers.

I am happy with my el-cheapo Ebay external wheel monitor system so far.
It looks REMARKABLY like the expensive ARB unit

I would get these for my WK2,
https://www.ebay.com/itm/4x-TPMS-TIR...gAAOSwh1haJ7HU

I got some for my Vf GTS from ebay last year similar to these and all worked perfectly, just the valves themselves I wont use as I had two leak on me on a race track. They just un screw,I would use the tyre retilers valves .But these work well, they come in two different frequencys, mine are the 433 mhz type for the WK2,dont know for the XJ
