Thanks for that, bloody helpful information. Given that this KK is not going to see any hardcore off-road action, I reckon it will be sweet judging by your experiences. Not too fussed about the Speedo accuracy, but the Hypertech Speedo calibrator does a great job at correcting the transmission shift points as well. See how it goes.
Is yours a CRD as well?

Just on the awning, I have a 2.5 width and a 3m roll out part. I think the 3 M x 3 M would be too long as the 2.5 x 3M (extendable part) is just right. From the rear hatch, not overhanging the back at all it extends, well, 2.5 M, which is a little past the front passengers window/door. Not visible from inside the Jeep from either driver or passenger.
I'm very happy with mine and I have the extra side curtain to add if I need more shade to either side or extend it even further.

I Myself bought a 2012 KK CRD . Pick it up on Tuesday. Its done 58000 klm. I am a previous owner of a Kj CRD so looking forward to the KK to be a suprise package once set up. My wife wont let the WK as its her jeep to do what i did with her kj lol.so had to by myself 1 .
