Default Speedometer adjust on a 33" & lifted XJ

Hi guys, I realise this must be a well trodden subject on here but has anyone RECENTLY corrected their speedo and changed the gear for an XJ with 33" and sizeable lift?
I found this great website called "lift your xj" http://liftyourxj.com/
And on there was this info, table and helpful diagram:

My question is...

Where do I order the right gear?

and...

Seeing as though my Jeep was already 'lifted' when I bought it second hand, how can I tell what size lift it has?

Dude, if you bothered to read the responses on your other thread you'd see that I have already given you the info on how to measure your lift back in September!!!

Hey JJ, I did read your response back then and measured. But I mean more like... is there anywhere on the spring or shocks that say '4 Inch lift' or anything like that. I have looked closely but could not found anything to indicate the generic approximate lift that the lift kit is supposed to offer.

While we do try and help each other out, Google is very easy to use.

A lot of coils have the part on a sticker on the coil, they don't last long though. I'd just measure and see what the actual lift is, more important than what the spring might have base don the part number

Cheers

Generally not which is why we measure...
