I really like the AEV bar, Mopar should have bought the rights to this one instead of developing their own. I reckon I could sell the AEV bar 10:1 over the Mopar bar.
But dealing with AEV has proved to be impossible, I think they have waaaay too much on their plate and simply can't keep up.

Yeah, I rang them in early May, they said they won't ship to Australia and that there was about 6-8 weeks wait on the bars. Don't know if they changed this policy or not since then.

Quadratec sell them for 1150US they will ship to aus.

If you want to save some money you can buy the AEV without the winch mount from http://www.customjeepwranglers.com/jkfrontbumper.html I dont need the winch mount so this is looking like a good option.

Hi Dave,
on saturday i was at jeep maddington ordering our 4 rubicon and i asked about a front bar jeep price $2300 even my salesperson told me not to get it to pricey and not enough protection his own words he told me to got Northern 4Wd Wangara for the ARB bar said it cost $1700 i know thats not cheap either. $1700 is pretty pricey for the ARB bar, does that include fitting? The ARB on my XJ was $1200ish from memory!
