Default 35" tyres and the d30

So I have brought some 35" tyres for my petrol 3.6 auto jku with 3.73
I have the d30 upfront unlocked
So the question is what are the thoughts on strengthening the d30.
Looking at gussets and ball joints to start with and either putting in nitto sleeves at the same time or not long after.
I noticed someone selling 4.10 gears for a good price , would it be worth getting them or there's not much difference between 4.10 and the 3.73 that I got.
Have been told that with out locking the front I will chew up the spider gears.
Is this the case?
What everyone's thoughts on what to first , I have a limited budget.
Thanks for any advice

Really depends on what you plan to do with it.......I'd personally think balljoints and C gussets would be a good idea.....there are a nice set of much stronger uni/axles that DBOR sell that might also be a pretty good thought.

35s could mean that you're gonna do some difficult stuff. Best to upgrade to D44s. Big tyres and skinny axles isn't a good combo, even with axle brackets.

No point polishing a turd.. drive the 30 till you break it and start saving now for an aftermarket 44..

If you have a limited budget stick with 33's and keep your 3.73 ratio, OR increase you budget and buy an aftermarket D44. 35's on a D30, i wouldn't waste my time, money, and effort on a D30 again, for the money i spent strengthening and replacing ring gears etc i could of bought a 44 and had change, not to mention the time working on the D30 i'll never get back! (been there none that).
What i built was strong for sure, but you're still let down by the small R & P, my next step was specially treated Gears for increased sheer strength, but thats even more money, an Aftermarket D44 wins every time and will work out cheaper and less hassle in the long run.

Been running 35s on a D30 since 2007 never had a problem, show some mechanical sympathy to it and it will last, treat it like shit and it won't.

THIS!!! Stay off the loud pedal and don't drive like a patrol driver and you'll be fine.
